Hello friends, In today's world it is very often that we are using more than one email provider services (Gmail, Hotmail, Rediffmail, etc.) or we have more than one account of single mail provider at the same time. So, we have to open and check each and every mail services individually. It is very tedious task to perform all this actions. So, today I am telling you a simple way to avoid opening each mail services differently.
Now, you can import all your mails from other email accounts to a single Gmail account. For this, go to settings in your Gmail account.
Go to 'Account and Import' section.
Click on 'Add a POP3 mail account that you own'.
A pop-up will open asking for your mail address which you want to import.
Enter your credentials. Always check the box asking for 'Leave a copy of retrieved message', otherwise the message will be deleted from the account from which you originally imported. And also, check the box for 'label incoming message'. It will make a different label for your imported account which makes it easier to read your mails from imported account separately.
You will get a confirmation message like this.
If you want to reply your mails from imported account mark the check box.
Account has been added and checking for any inbox mails.
See, a different label has been created for imported account.
You can add at most five accounts to a single Gmail account.
That's it for now.
Bye.
