USB Not Showing Contents

Few days back, I handed over my sister USB full with bollywood movies as she was enjoying her holidays. But, later she called me and told that USB is blank. So, I started with the basic solution:

Recently, in our organization we need to synchronize internal clock of our system with network server. Systems which were not in any domain were easily synchronized via internet time tab in clock settings.
